The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of our practice. The Manager will be responsible for managing administrative functions, staff oversight, financial oversight and management, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Furthermore, the role will assist the owner with developing and implementing strategy and business plans for the clinic. This role requires strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the aesthetic healthcare industry. The role is strongly supported by the Physician Assistant owner/founder.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Practice Management: Oversee all aspects of the non-surgical aesthetic practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and coordination of services to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Staff Oversight and Supervision: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage all administrative staff and administrative functions of clinical staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about practice policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Management: Oversee, mentor and guide to ensure synergies between teams, foster collaboration, and assist them is helping their respective teams unleash potential, and perform in an accountable, productive and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgeting. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and control costs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state licensing requirements. Stay up to date with changes in regulations and implement necessary changes in practice policies and procedures.
- Patient Relations: Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with patients, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Marketing and Business Development: Oversee and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and build the practice’s reputation within the community and ensure all marketing dollars provide return on investment.
- Technology and Systems: Evaluate and implement practice management software and other technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Implement systems to monitor and improve the quality of patient care, including regular audits, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with clinicians and administrative team members to ensure effective and optimum coordination of patient care and practice workflows.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of short and long-term practice goals and strategic plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role, preferably within plastic surgery, dermatology, or an aesthetic specialty.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
