Located in Brookside, Soul Aesthetics is Tulsa’s premier destination for cosmetic injectables and injectables training. Soul was founded by Kelle Christianson, PA-C in 2021 and offers advanced cosmetic injectable treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers and PDO threads alongside industry-leading aesthetic treatments like microneedling, chemical peels and medical grade skincare.

KELLE CHRISTIANSON, PA-C

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Kelle Christianson PA-C, has been a Physician Assistant for over 20 years. Kelle graduated with a Masters of Health Sciences from The University of Oklahoma Physician Assistant Program in 2000. She is board certified by the NCCPA. She worked in family practice, radiation oncology, and urgent care before finding her passion in aesthetics.

Her aesthetics journey began when she joined an Aesthetics and Laser Center in OKC in 2012. During the next seven years, her thirst for knowledge and attention to detail gained her recognition as an advanced injector and aesthetic specialist helping grow the practice to Black Diamond Level status with Allergan. She is trained in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO Threads, Ultherapy, various lasers, radiofrequency devices, Miradry, sclerotherapy, Kybella, PRP, microneedling, and skincare.

Kelle is passionate about education and attends advanced trainings and industry conferences yearly so she can stay current with all the techniques and changing technology in the aesthetic market. In October of 2017, Kelle became an educator for Merz and began training other injectors to safely inject with a natural result. In 2020, Kelle also became a trainer for Allergan Medical Institute. Today, Kelle trains for Allergan and Merz and owns Soul Aesthetics and Soul Academy of Aesthetics in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

EMMA CHRISTIANSON, L.E.

AESTHETICIAN

Emma is our aesthetician, and naturally, she’s all-things skin-obsessed! Emma is Kelle’s daughter, and she grew up in the aesthetics industry. Although she’s been around skin care and skin treatments her entire life, her passion for aesthetics comes from her personal struggle with acne as a teenager and young adult. Emma understands the emotional and physical toll skin health can take, and treats all patients with kindness and empathy while on their journey to skin health!

LINDSEY WERTENBERGER, L.E.

OFFICE MANAGER & AESTHETICIAN

Lindsey Wertenberger has been an Aesthetician for 11 years. She graduated from the Academy of Aesthetic Arts located in Shawnee, Kansas in 2011. Lindsey is passionate about helping people along their journey to self care, and loves seeing patients get their confidence back. Lindsey works hard to provide an exceptional patient experience and takes time to listen to patient’s skin concerns and goals while educating them along the way. Lindsey loves to learn, and she is always looking for the opportunity to expand her knowledge in the aesthetics field.

Lindsey has been a Laser Technician for the last three years, performing treatments such as Genius RF, Lumecca, Diolaze, CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and
radiofrequency fat reduction.

When she’s is not taking care of patients at Soul, Lindsey enjoys spending time at her home in Broken Arrow, cheering on her daughter who is attending OSU, spending time with family and friends, and being active outdoors.

Kate is Kelle’s Medical Assistant and one of the first faces you see when you walk into Soul. Kate works side by side with Kelle, assisting with everything from patient intake to before and after photos.

Kate has been a registered nurse for over eight years where she has spent all eight of those years working as an Operating Room nurse. During this time she has helped assist many different Surgeons during all types of surgeries and procedures. Many of those surgeries were cosmetic in nature which initially fueled her desire for the aesthetic side of nursing. She soon discovered she could make a big difference in people’s life’s by blending her two passions – all things beauty and caring for her patients.

MAKEUP ARTIST

Shaina Zeff is an independent makeup artist with over a decade of experience. Shaina specializes in bridal and special event makeup, but she’s also known for her bold editorial looks. Shaina’s passion for makeup began in Art School, where she discovered her “eye” for individual beauty, which is what we believe sets her apart. She truly sees everyone’s beauty and uses makeup to make sure the rest of the world can’t miss it.

Jennie Hunnewell | Soul Aesthetics in Tulsa, OK

JENNIE HUNNEWELL, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Jennie Hunnewell is an aesthetic powerhouse in Oklahoma. She’s known for being one of the first to introduce injectables into her practice in the state of Oklahoma and is known nationally for her approach to aesthetics.

Dr. Hunnewell started her medical career in eye and periocular microsurgery and she completed specialized fellowship training in Neuro-ophthalmology and orbital surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her steady hand and artistic eye led her to begin specialized fellowship training in both facial cosmetic and laser surgery.

Today, Dr. Hunnewell resides in Oklahoma City and owns H-MD Medical Spa where she oversees many medical professionals. H-MD offers a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, Coolsculpting, lasers and more.
