Full time, 32+ hours per week | Monday – Friday
The Patient Coordinator is the first voice you hear on the phone and the first face you see when you walk in the door! This person should be outgoing, upbeat and able to multitask.
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner
24-32 hours per week | Potential to become full time
Responsible for the overall patient experience of each aesthetic patient. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a comprehensive treatment plan, and delivering safe and effective treatments.
Full time, 32+ hours per week | Monday – Friday
Responsible for assisting the provider(s) with patient care including taking vital signs, obtaining history and chief complaints; patient education; and pre selling of cosmetic services. Other responsibilities include education on treatment plans, taking photos, nursing procedures, inventory management, room prep and cleaning, and patient scheduling.
