Registered Nurse (RN) | Full-Time
Overview
We are quickly growing and seeking a hardworking, high-energy Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. This position will be to provide aesthetic treatments such as lasers, diamond glows, microneedling, and chemical peels as well assisting the mid-level providers. This is not currently an injector position unless you already have those skills. Candidates must have a love for the Medical Aesthetics industry and be willing to train, learn and continue to grow with our team. Responsibilities
- Assist providers in the delivery of medical spa services, such as injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as lasers, diamond glows, microneedling, and chemical peels.
- Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- Assist in all aspects of the patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Manage clinic inventory on skincare and medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients about skincare products, medical spa treatments, and post-care maintenance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client questions, concerns, and follow-up care with professionalism and compassion.
Education & Experience
- Current RN License in Oklahoma
- 2 years experience as an RN
- Experience in a medical aesthetics practice is a plus but not required.

- Work a flexible schedule as we are open Tuesday evenings and may be open more evenings and weekends in the future.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Hourly Pay: (Dependent on experience)
- Eligible for production bonus at 1 year
