Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities
- Assist providers in delivering medical spa services, such as injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- Assist in all aspects of the patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Manage clinic inventory on skincare and medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients about skincare products, medical spa treatments, and post-care maintenance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client questions, concerns, and follow-up care with professionalism and compassion.
Education & Experience
- Current License (LPN) or certificate (MA)
- Experience in a medical aesthetics practice is a plus but not required.

Position Details
- Full-Time
- Hourly Pay: $18+ (Dependent on experience)
- Benefits Package (Eligible after a 90-day probationary period)
